What is the return policy?

We totally get it sometimes things don’t work out.

If you’re not completely in love with your tote, you can return it within 4 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a full refund (excluding original shipping costs). Easy and stress-free just how it should be.
Are there any items that can’t be returned or exchanged ?


Yes a few! Items marked as “Final Sale” or part of limited-edition drops are not eligible for returns or exchanges. We make sure to clearly label these products on their respective pages, so you’ll know before you buy.

These pieces are made in limited quantities, and once they’re gone, they’re gone — which is part of what makes them special.
